Auf geht’s nach S\u00fcden, genauer gesagt nach Bayern, dem gr\u00f6\u00dften Bundesland Deutschlands. Hier leben \u00fcber 13 Millionen Menschen auf einer Fl\u00e4che von mehr als 70.000 km\u00b2. In Bayern geht man bei sch\u00f6nem Wetter gerne in den Biergarten, wo die ganze Familie eine z\u00fcnftige Brotzeit mit Wurstsalat, kaltem Braten und unserer heutigen Spezialit\u00e4t, Obatzda, mit Brezen genie\u00dft. Obatzda wird aus Camembert, Butter und Gew\u00fcrzen zubereitet, aber dazu nun mehr in unserem Rezept.<\/h3>\n

Zerdr\u00fccke den Camembert mit einer Gabel und mische die weiche Butter so darunter, dass eine leicht kr\u00fcmelige Creme entsteht.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n

Mische die Zwiebel sowie den K\u00fcmmel darunter und w\u00fcrze die Masse mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprikapulver.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n

Schon kannst du deinen bayerischen Obatzda mit Zwiebelringen und Schnittlauchr\u00f6llchen dekorieren und mit einer ofenfrischen Breze geniessen.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
